Billing & Insurance

We participate with most local and many national insurance plans. In rare cases we are not contracted with your insurance company, we will work with you on out-of-network benefits or ask your insurance company for special arrangements, since many services we provide are highly specialized and not otherwise available in the area. However it is your responsibility to understand your insurance benefits.

By providing complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts.

Please contact our billing office at 702-233-0727 or call your insurance carrier should you have questions.
