My 80 year old mother developed a hole in her bladder that leaked into the vagina. It's called a vesicovaginal fistula. Having to constantly wear a bag and/or Depends for the leakage wore her down mentally and physically. The BEST surgeon for this problem is Dr. Grigoriev. Yes, the office is crowded, yes, getting an appointment in a timely manner is difficult, and, yes, it takes a lot of time to go through all the testing, BUT once you get through all that and obtain your surgery appointment, you will be thrilled with the results. It took 6 months of appointments and testing and 3 doctors to get to Dr. Grigoriev, but so glad we did. My mom is now perfectly and completely healed. I highly recommend anyone who needs this surgery to schedule with Dr. Gregoriev. It is LIFE.CHANGING surgery!

I had three surgeries of mesh placement in the bladder by a local gynecologist. In 2007, I had two surgeries and one in 2018. After the third surgery, I was in a lot of pain, had infections, discomfort in the lower abdomen, and frequent visits to the bathroom for urination. I was frustrated, angry, and hopeless with depression. I switched my gynecologist to Dr. John M. Nowins. Dr. Nowins was very upfront he was not sure he can do the surgery and was referred to Dr. Victor E. Grigoriev. He revised my case thoroughly and advised me to have revision surgery to relieve the symptoms. I was very nervous for the fourth surgery, but everything turned out to be as he had told me, and my recovery was smooth. It has been five months and I don’t have any of the symptoms that I had before this surgery. I am feeling normal and healthy and very happy to be back in my life. The office staff speaks Spanish as well. I recommend any women who have a bad experience with any mesh, or female surgeries to go to him to resolve the issues. He will be your savior just like he was mine. I am grateful to him.

Dr. Grigoriev is a wonderful doctor and an extremely talented surgeon. I could not recommend him more highly, or thank him enough for performing a difficult surgery that drastically improved my quality of life. I have been Dr Grigoriev’s patient for over 20 years. He has always treated me with tremendous care, professionalism and respect. He has performed 3 lithotripsies on me throughout the years and saved me from agonizing kidney stone pain. I’ve had issues with Interstitial Cystitis and he was the first doctor to help me heal and give me peace of mind. I recently had a painful IC flare and kidney infection. Dr. Grigoriev, as caring as ever, helped me get through it with minimal suffering. His PA, Rachel Bowers, is amazing as well. The hour wait was worth it, I live 2 hours away so he did the cystoscopy during the consultation so I wouldn't have to come back.

This doctor is experienced and intelligent and very informant. He takes his time and explains things that you can understand. He will not do UN necessary surgery. I trust Dr Grigoriev and will continue to see him.
