Very pleased with the staff and the doctors, I was treated with kindness and compassion and the whole office staff is very knowledgeable. Dr Grigoriev was my doctor and I am very pleased with him. Would highly recommend this office staff and doctor.

Grigoriev and his excellent assistant being Jessica Saade who also took good care of me on my first visit to Las Vegas Urology. I went to see Dr Gregoriev for urology issues and met the doctor and nurse, Rachel Bowers, who is just amazing. Because of what were my issues, surgery was recommended. It’s been months now since it was done and I’m majorly impressed by the results. If anyone has any issues, male or female, this is the place to go. The Doctor and Ms. Bowers are simply terrific. Don’t hesitate to get the help you need.

The nurses and the staff are very friendly and thoughtful. And of course, Dr. Grigoriev is as well.

My 80 year old mother developed a hole in her bladder that leaked into the vagina. It's called a vesicovaginal fistula. Having to constantly wear a bag and/or Depends for the leakage wore her down mentally and physically. The BEST surgeon for this problem is Dr. Grigoriev. Yes, the office is crowded, yes, getting an appointment in a timely manner is difficult, and, yes, it takes a lot of time to go through all the testing, BUT once you get through all that and obtain your surgery appointment, you will be thrilled with the results. It took 6 months of appointments and testing and 3 doctors to get to Dr. Grigoriev, but so glad we did. My mom is now perfectly and completely healed. I highly recommend anyone who needs this surgery to schedule with Dr. Gregoriev. It is LIFE.CHANGING surgery!

I had three surgeries of mesh placement in the bladder by a local gynecologist. In 2007, I had two surgeries and one in 2018. After the third surgery, I was in a lot of pain, had infections, discomfort in the lower abdomen, and frequent visits to the bathroom for urination. I was frustrated, angry, and hopeless with depression. I switched my gynecologist to Dr. John M. Nowins. Dr. Nowins was very upfront he was not sure he can do the surgery and was referred to Dr. Victor E. Grigoriev. He revised my case thoroughly and advised me to have revision surgery to relieve the symptoms. I was very nervous for the fourth surgery, but everything turned out to be as he had told me, and my recovery was smooth. It has been five months and I don’t have any of the symptoms that I had before this surgery. I am feeling normal and healthy and very happy to be back in my life. The office staff speaks Spanish as well. I recommend any women who have a bad experience with any mesh, or female surgeries to go to him to resolve the issues. He will be your savior just like he was mine. I am grateful to him.
